EAS Consulting Group Acquires A Division of Kendle International
New Business to Specialize in FDA Regulatory Matters
ALEXANDRIA, VA (January 5, 2007) - The evolution of the long-standing, global regulatory consulting firm, AAC Consulting Group continues with the formation of EAS Consulting Group, LLC by Edward A. Steele. EAS Consulting Group has agreed to purchase Kendle International’s Division of Food, Dietary Supplement, and Cosmetic Consulting (formerly a division of the AAC Consulting Group). Steele is a 30- year veteran of the FDA and the former President of AAC. The new company is staffed primarily with ex-FDA compliance and inspection officials with first hand knowledge and experience in consulting, submission, and auditing services. They are experts in matters concerning FDA and have considerable experience working with other regulatory bodies.
